Jeff DeFehr is a 1982 graduate of the University of Oklahoma where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. He earned an MBA from SWOSU in 1990, where he is currently the Chair-Elect of the Board of Trustees for the SWOSU Foundation.
Jeff is a principal owner of Western Equipment, a 110 year-old John Deere dealership with 21 locations and 800 employees in Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico. He served on a senior level advisory Board with Deere for 16 years. DeFehr and his wife, Melanie, reside in Weatherford. They are the proud parents of three adult children: Will, Ross, and Zoie.
Jeff sits on the governing board of the Stafford Air & Space Museum Foundation, as well as the Weatherford Regional Hospital Foundation. He is a Deacon at the First Baptist Church of Weatherford where he is an active member and youth Life Group teacher.
