Brent Hubbard

Brent Hubbard serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for INTEGRIS Health. Mr. Hubbard joined INTEGRIS Health in 2022 after serving as the President & COO of Mercy Springfield Communities in Springfield, MO, for six years. Prior to that, he was with Mercy in Ft. Smith, AR, in the Chief Operating Officer role. Before his time with Mercy, he was with Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), where he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Medical Center of McKinney in McKinney, TX. Prior to that, he was Associate Administrator at HCA’s flagship hospital, Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Mr. Hubbard was blessed to start his career at INTEGRIS Health Woodward Hospital in Woodward, OK, from 2002 to 2008 in various capacities, before continuing his career in Nashville, TN.

Mr. Hubbard holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University and a master’s in business administration from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Over the last 23 years, Mr. Hubbard has served in many leadership and advisory roles across multiple states. He has served on multiple Chamber of Commerce boards, Tourism and Convention committees, and non-profit organizations. Today, he serves on the OKC for Soccer Community Council, which is tasked with bringing professional soccer to Oklahoma, and the Oklahoma Hospital Association Political Action Committee, which is responsible for raising funds for federal and state PACs. He was also a Board Member of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce from 2019 to 2021, where he served on the Executive Committee and chaired the Workforce Development Committee. Additionally, he contributed as a Board Member for the Healthy Living Alliance and the Springfield Downtown Council of Champions during the same period. In 2020 and 2021, he served on the Advisory Board of the Missouri State University– Jordan Valley Innovation Center. His impactful leadership was recognized by BIZ 417 Magazine, naming him one of the Top 50 Most Influential Leaders in Southwest Missouri in both 2020 and 2021.

Brent and his wife, Hilary, both native Oklahomans, have three kids, Hollace, Rhett, and Thad. With deep roots in rural Oklahoma, he’s passionate about improving the health of Oklahomans across the state.
