On Thursday, September 3, 2026, the Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC) will conduct interviews for the position of Judge, Court of Criminal Appeals, District 3. The following individuals have applied for this position:
- Matthew Joseph Ballard, Claremore
- Mark Ronald Campbell, Durant
- Marion Dale Fry, Poteau
- Preston Harbuck, Atoka
- Matthew Robert Orendorff, Sallisaw
- Bobby Joe Trail, Coalgate
Immediately following the interviews, the JNC will provide the Governor a list of three nominees, and the Governor will have 60 days to make the appointment from those nominees.
