Helen Wheeler was voted on by the members of Judicial Nominating Commission to fill the at-large seat serving a two-year term. Wheeler graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and a minor in Marketing in 2002. She later received her Master of Science in Health Care Administration through Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences in 2015.
Prior to relocating to Tulsa, Wheeler and her family lived in McAlester, OK for 15 years. Wheeler has spent her free time serving her community both professionally, civically, and charitably. She is also an active member of Redeemer Covenant Church in Tulsa. Wheeler is married to her husband, Vic, and they have two children.
